All Spiderman Movies In Order You should know

Spiderman may be a fictional character, but his movies are undoubtedly real, and they’re just as memorable as the comic books they’re based on.

Here’s your guide to the ten best Spiderman movies, ranked from worst to best, with some information about each so you can understand why it made a list or missed out! Who knows? You might even discover your new favourite Spidey movie!

1.) Spiderman 2002

The first Spiderman movie was released in 2002, and Sam Raimi directed it. The film starred Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker/Spiderman, Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane Watson, and Willem Dafoe as Norman Osborn/Green Goblin.

The film was a critical and commercial success, grossing over 821 million dollars worldwide. It is ranked among the best superhero movies of all time. It has also spawned two sequels: Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007).

The Amazing Spider-Man (2012): After finishing his trilogy with Raimi, Marc Webb took over to direct this reboot starring Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spiderman. Emma Stone played Gwen Stacy, who became a love interest for Peter in this film.

Three villains included Rhys Ifans as Dr Curt Connors/The Lizard, Dennis Leary as Captain George Stacy, and Sally Field as Aunt May Parker. The movie was another box office success grossing more than $757 million worldwide but did not live up to its predecessor.

There are plans for an upcoming sequel set to be released on July 28th, 2017, entitled The Amazing Spider-Man 2. It will star Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spiderman, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx as Max Dillon/Electro, Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn/Green Goblin II and Paul Giamatti as Aleksei Sytsevich aka Rhino. Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige is producing the film, which will serve as both standalone and connective tissue for a future Marvel Cinematic Universe.

2.) Spider-Man 2 – 2004

Peter Parker struggles to balance his personal life with his superhero duties in this movie. When Doctor Octopus, a new villain, threatens the city, Parker must put aside his problems and save the day. This is one of the best Spider-Man movies because it captures the struggles of being a superhero.

3.) Spider-Man 3 – 2007

In this movie, Peter Parker is faced with two new villains: Sandman and Venom. But he’s also dealing with feelings for Mary Jane Watson and his friendship with Harry Osborn.

Even though there are some great moments, such as when Peter beats up Sandman or Aunt May talks about what it means to be a hero, some don’t work so well. For example, scenes like when Mary Jane gets attacked by thugs or Harry reveals that he knows Spider-Man’s identity are hard to watch. The story jumps around too much and has too many subplots, which sometimes makes it confusing.

4.) The Amazing Spider-Man – 2012

The first Amazing Spider-Man movie was released in 2012 and starred Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker. The film was a critical and commercial success, costing over $750 million worldwide. The story follows Parker as he tries to discover more about his parent’s mysterious death while also fighting the same crime as Spider-Man.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) (five sentences): The sequel to the first Amazing Spider-Man movie, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, was released in 2014. It stars Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker again, who struggles with a powerful enemy called Electro.

The Amazing Spider-Man 3 (2016) (four sentences) is set for release on May 4th, 2016. Andrew Garfield will reprise his role as Peter Parker, and Emma Stone will return as Gwen Stacy. We’re excited to see how these characters have grown since we last saw them in the second instalment of this series.

5.) Captain America: Civil War (2016) / Section7 Homecoming 2017

If you’re looking for an action-packed movie with plenty of Spidey humor, Captain America: Civil War is the perfect film for you. The third installment in the Captain America franchise, this movie does not disappoint. On the other hand, Homecoming is a bit more light-hearted and focuses on Peter Parker’s high school life. While it may not be as action-packed as other movies on this list, it’s still a great watch.

. Plus, we all know how expensive college tuition can be, so watching a film about high schoolers might make your tax refund much sweeter. And let’s not forget about Tom Holland! He brings his portrayal of Peter Parker to life and will give you all the feels when he says I’m Spiderman. From meeting Iron Man for the first time to coming face-to-face with Vulture, many different scenes will leave you feeling like part of the family. That being said, remember that it takes place after Civil War but before Infinity War, so if you haven’t seen either one yet, watch them before diving into this one!

6.) Far From Home (2019)

  1. Far From Home is the most recent Spiderman movie, and it does not disappoint. The story is fresh and exciting while still paying homage to the original Spiderman comics.
  1. The acting is top-notch, with Tom Holland perfectly capturing the essence of Peter Parker/Spiderman.
  1. The special effects are some of the best I’ve ever seen and bring the comic book world to life.
  1. It’s an enjoyable superhero movie with a lot of heart. 5. If you’re looking for a film that will make you laugh, cry, and think all at once, this is the one for you! 3. Don’t worry if you haven’t seen any other Spiderman movies – this one can be watched as a standalone!
  2. Stay through the credits for extra scenes with your favorite characters.
  1. You won’t regret seeing this film on the big screen, so watch it today!
  1. Honestly, Marvel should retire their other superheroes because they have already perfected them with Spiderman.
  1. For those who aren’t convinced yet, be warned: Spoilers ahead…
  2. We used to look up at the sky and wonder about our place in the stars, says Aunt May, during her narration towards the end of the film. Now we just look down.

7.) The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014)

In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) has finally managed to strike a balance between being Spider-Man and living everyday life. But when Electro (Jamie Foxx) emerges as a new villain, Peter must put aside his problems and stop him from taking over the city. And even if he can manage that, he still has to confront an old friend – Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), who is now at Oscorp and developing a serum that will bring back Norman Osborn’s Green Goblin persona.

The Amazing Spider-Man 3: I’m guessing that this is going to be the end of the series. Not because they are making ten movies, but because they are retelling the same story repeatedly. I’ve seen many reviews saying it was one of their favourite Spiderman movies, but I don’t know how it could top the first two. Maybe they should try something different for once? It would be interesting to see what would happen if they changed some things.

For example, what if we saw Peter Parker having a romantic relationship with Mary Jane Watson or Gwen Stacy or Black Cat? How about giving Spiderman some real competition? What if we had other superheroes like Thor come into the mix too? It would be cool to get them all together in one movie. Who knows what kind of trouble they could get into?

What are the last 3 Spider-Man movies?

The last three Spider-Man movies are Spider-Man 3, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and Spider-Man: Homecoming. Each of these movies is unique and offers a different take on the Spider-Man story. Spider-Man 3 is the most action-packed of the three, while The Amazing Spider-Man 2 focuses more on the personal relationships of Peter Parker.

Spider-Man: Homecoming takes place after the Civil War and features many characters from that movie. However, it’s unnecessary to have seen Civil War before watching this one. In this film, Spider-Man must juggle his personal life with being a superhero. He befriends Tony Stark/Iron Man, who provides him with upgraded tech.

He also has to fight against Adrian Toomes/The Vulture, who uses his tech for crime instead of good. His friends include Ned Leeds/The Human Torch, Liz Allen/Peni Parker, Michelle Jones/MJ Watson, Betty Brant/Bette Kane (AKA Batwoman), Flash Thompson (AKA Agent Venom), Happy Hogan (Tony Stark’s security guard), and Quentin Beck/Mysterio.

Spider-Man: Homecoming does an excellent job of introducing the younger generation of Spider-Men and highlighting some new friendships and rivalries.
